Kayla completed her MA(Hons) in Architecture at the University of Edinburgh before joining ECE Architecture as a Part I Architectural Assistant in 2021. She’s currently undertaking her Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Portsmouth, working towards full accreditation whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Working within our residential team, Kayla has developed her skills across a varied portfolio of projects, including individual houses, large development schemes, and mixed-use developments. This diverse project exposure has strengthened her understanding of different residential typologies and their unique design challenges.
As an Architectural Assistant, Kayla supports lead designers in producing drawings for planning applications across numerous projects within the residential team. Her role involves translating design concepts into clear, comprehensive documentation that supports successful planning outcomes.
