In every project we collaborate on with ECE Architecture, they consistently excel not only design but also project management.

Overall team ethic and having a Director lead from the front, with a strong team behind them. I have been very pleased with the performance to date from the ECE team generally, all of them have been a pleasure to work with and seem to want the scheme to achieve success as we do.

The impact of the completed Phase 2 project (external appearance and design features including signage and portal) at Pelham has exceeded all (already high) expectations. It’s a real ‘wow’ moment when you see the completed building.

ECE is always exceeding expectations. They take ownership of tasks and get things done, providing regular updates. This is really helpful for me, as it allows me to focus on other work. They did some great concept sketches for a new large development, but went above and beyond to create a 3D printed model, which really helped us visualise how the development would look on the site.

Sustainability, it was of the upmost importance for the Custom House scheme, that’s why ECE was selected.

I love that you always want to help, you always anticipate what we need, flag things at the right time, and make sure we all understand what each other is doing.

Generally, they have been better than our expectations. The ECE team should be commended for leading the rest of the design team and going the extra mile to lead the way with coordination.
