Panayot joined ECE in April 2021, bringing over a decade of London-based experience from Paul Henry Architects and Axis Mason. His extensive background spans a variety of projects, including auditoria, large mixed-use developments, care homes, and high-end residential schemes.
With experience across all RIBA stages, Panayot brings comprehensive understanding of the complete project delivery process. Most recently, he has focused his expertise on building regulation, tender, and construction packages, where his detailed knowledge proves invaluable.
As part of our Technology Team, Panayot takes responsibility for developing tender and construction drawings whilst coordinating effectively with consultants and contractors. His ability to manage complex technical information and maintain clear communication across project teams ensures smooth delivery from design development through to construction.
