Located close to the Civic Centre and Cardiff Castle. The proposed scheme replaces an existing 1960s office building and will provide circa 600 PBSA beds and ground level commercial units.
The new 25 storey tower adds to the quickly growing Cardiff city centre skyline. (In Planning anticipated opening in 2026).
