The proposal is for the redevelopment of Maple House, to provide 383 student beds, blended with a range of amenities and retail space. The existing building will undergo a major refurbishment and will see the existing five storey structure extended to ten. The new facade is a response to the site’s rich history and will see the building wrapped in a series of terracotta fins.
