A 638-bed student accommodation development close to Swansea city centre.
Design and delivery of a high-quality purpose-built student accommodation scheme as part of the SA1 Waterfront masterplan. The proposal comprises of 638 beds, varying from studios to multi-level cluster apartments. These will be supported by associated communal facilities, landscaping and ancillary facilities and an A2 retail unit.
