A high-end barn conversion private residence in Cornwall with countryside and sea views.
This project comprises a full restoration and conversion (with extensions) of a disused barn structure in Cornwall.
The scheme celebrates the old whilst introducing modern new elements creating open plan living areas amongst the 5-bedroom accommodation, with particular focus on the long reaching sea views from upper floors.
With a tight budget the brief calls for high-end quality and finishes. The ECE Westworks team ensured this is achievable within the project constraints, with construction starting on site in February 2021.
