Spectrum House
Back to projects
Spectrum House is an office building built in 1984, it is a striking six-storey, fully glazed building which was locally listed in 2016. The overarching architectural vision for the project is to provide high-quality, purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) to serve the growing population of students in Bristol. This proposal includes around 400 bed spaces in a mixture of studios and cluster apartments, along with a host of internal and external amenity spaces for the students to enjoy. The proposal also includes the replacement of the existing façade, as well as the adaption of the existing entrance lobby into an enclosed outdoor entry space and for the improvements of the existing Landscape.
