Refurbishment and enlargement of two prominent, unoccupied, 1960s 8-storey towers and ancillary buildings, providing a new purpose built, 705 bed student accommodation development in the centre of Norwich.
The scheme is located on a key gateway into the city and provides major investment and regeneration to the local area. The scheme will extend and re-clad the two existing towers whilst increasing the footprint and scale of the existing lower surrounding buildings.
