The scheme comprises of 2 buildings; a 12 storey and 6 storey element to provide 354 purpose built student accommodation bed spaces in a challenging city centre locations.
The scheme also includes a basement council car park for circa 50 car parking spaces and retail units fronting onto a new public landscaped route to reinstate the historical street pattern.
