200 Berkshire place is the refurbishment of an existing commercial property in Winnersh (Wokingham) owned and managed by Fidelity UK. Extensive façade upgrades compliment the internal and external amenity refurbishments whilst also introducing a new vibrant roof terrace, plus the revitalisation of the associated multi-storey carpark. The successful completion of the high-spec project brings a dated office building back into highly competitive commercial market.

Although a significant improvement to the quality of the asset Westworks were meticulous in working with as much of the existing fabric as possible, upgrading where possible and replacing and adding only where needed to add value, working within the client’s budget parameters.
