A new 6 storey building to provide 426 PBSA beds in Nottingham City Centre.The internal layouts provide varying unique accommodation types varying from studios to multi-level cluster apartments. The scheme has been designed around 3 courtyards to provide urban realm improvements and private amenity for the occupants. Completed 2024.
