11-storey new build student resi with 367 beds. A mixture of clusters, studios, twodios and adaptable rooms. The ground floor offers amenity and leisure spaces. There is also a small garden and a communal courtyard on first floor. A structure with brick facades and aluminium details. The use of blue roofs and solar panels aid the drainage and energy strategy for the building. The scheme is in central Bristol and forms part of the regeneration area of Redcliff.
