Nick studied architecture at the renowned Architectural Association before founding Nick Evans Architects in 1992. His impressive career includes roles as Associate Partner at Sheppard Robson and Director of Company of Designers PLC, where he served as Managing Director of the London office.
With a genuine passion for all aspects of architecture and design, Nick has particular expertise in public buildings. His exceptional work has earned several design awards and been exhibited at the Royal Academy, reflecting his commitment to design excellence. His specialist knowledge encompasses strategic advice, master planning, and floorspace management—skills that prove invaluable in shaping complex projects.
Nick’s contributions to architectural education have been recognised through his Honorary Fellowship at the University of the Creative Arts, awarded for his leadership on several buildings at their Farnham campus. He actively contributes to the profession as a member of the Coastal West Sussex Design Panel and recently addressed the NLA conference on the school places crisis. His role as an architectural Assessor for the Civic Trust Awards further demonstrates his commitment to raising design standards across the industry.
