Since joining ECE, Richard has co-led the construction phase of a large mixed-use scheme in Staines and played a pivotal role in our Sustainability Working Group. He helped establish an environmental database to measure the sustainability credentials of all ECE projects and has experience with thermal bridging within the building envelope, driving improvements across our portfolio.
As Senior Technologist, Richard leads the technical delivery of major projects, ensuring the seamless integration of technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings. He coordinates with consultants and builders to deliver high-quality, compliant schemes.
