The proposal seeks to provide a mix of student accommodation and social space, offering private amenity for its residents. The spaces are designed to be inclusive and promote social interaction and well-being. The scheme requires the use of the tyre repair garage to be retained and seeks to utilise the majority of existing openings within the facade.
