Over 1,100 hours dedicated to environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments as we strengthen community partnerships and educational initiatives.

As we begin the new year, we’re reflecting on the meaningful impact our teams achieved in 2025 and the commitments we’re making to strengthen our contribution in the year ahead.

Throughout the year, our teams from ECE Architecture, ECE Planning, and Westworks dedicated over 1,100 hours to ESG activities, demonstrating our commitment to professional responsibility that extends beyond successful project outcomes.

Supporting local communities

Our fundraising efforts generated £11,700 for local charities, with proceeds supporting Chestnut Tree House and Mary How Trust. We raised funds through our annual charity cricket event alongside a year-round programme of internal initiatives that engaged teams across all three brands.

Beyond financial donations, our people committed 445 volunteering hours to local community initiatives, offering practical support and technical guidance to projects and organisations.

Investing in future talent

Education and mentorship remained central to our social contribution in 2025. We welcomed 15 students from local schools for work experience placements. We continued our mentorship programme with universities, giving students opportunities to gain practical industry insight and explore career pathways within the built environment sector.

Building on strong foundations

This year, we’re deepening partnerships with educational institutions and community organisations, and continuing to deliver meaningful ESG as part of our operations. The standards we uphold, and the communities we support, define us just as much as the buildings and spaces we help bring to life.
