Cesar joined ECE as a Senior Architectural Technologist with 22 years’ practice in London. Cesar has thorough architectural and technical construction knowledge, specialising in the conservation-refurbishment and extension of Listed & historic buildings, including refurbishment of high-end residential period houses, parliamentary buildings, art galleries, museums, schools, and hospitals.
Cesar coordinates technical information with other disciplines of the design team and contractors. Cesar is responsible for the specification of building materials, including liaising with specialist suppliers and creation of the NBS specifications.
