Kean joined ECE Architecture in 1997, qualifying as an Architect in 2000. Kean continued his career with us and in 2007 he was promoted to Associate Director.

Kean brings a wealth of experience in residential and masterplanning projects, ranging from small rural housing schemes for private and housing association clients to larger sheltered apartment schemes and private apartment blocks. His expertise extends to commercial schemes and office developments, showcasing his versatility and comprehensive skill set in the architectural field.

Responsible for Quality Assurance at our practice, Kean ensures that every project meets the highest standards and follows the correct procedures. His passion, however, lies in collaborating with Design Teams to create innovative site layouts that satisfy both client and Council requirements.

One of Kean’s favourite projects is Church House in Tarring, Worthing. This small scheme, located within a conservation area close to where he grew up, was developed for Worthing Homes, a local Housing Association. The project holds a special place in Kean’s portfolio, as it allowed him to contribute to his local community and preserve the character of a significant area.
