Rebecca is an Associate Planner at ECE Planning, bringing a decade of experience in planning consultancy since joining the team in 2015. With a strong foundation in property gained from her early career in estate agency, Rebecca transitioned into planning practice and completed her Master’s degree in 2019. She became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2021 and was promoted to Associate Planner in 2023.
Rebecca plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a diverse range of planning projects, including residential, mixed-use, and education-led developments. Her work spans both minor and major schemes, and she is experienced in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation. She is particularly skilled in policy research, site analysis, and the preparation of clear, persuasive planning arguments.
With a sound understanding of local and national planning policy, Rebecca provides reliable, detail-oriented support to project teams and clients alike. She is adept at managing competing priorities, liaising with stakeholders, and navigating the technical requirements of the planning system to ensure projects progress smoothly.
