Reserved Matters permission for 10 new homes at Lynsted Lane, Teynham was approved by Swale Borough Council’s Planning Committee, following a long and lively debate about the merits of the scheme with Megan Smith MRTPI and Sam Sykes MRTPI.
ECE Planning originally secured the Outline consent at appeal in 2023 and we are proud to have continued our involvement in securing the Reserved Matters permission.
As lead consultant, we project managed the wider design team to successfully deliver this permission, working closely with Officers to refine the layout during the course of the application, and advised our client on planning strategy throughout.
