Located in Lawrence Hill, Bristol, this development will transform a long-underused brownfield site into a vibrant, well-connected new neighbourhood.
The scheme will deliver 390 new homes for rent, including family housing and 10% on-site affordable homes, alongside high-quality public realm and new community space. An existing industrial building and car park will be replaced with a landscaped public plaza open to all, as well as new pedestrian and cycle routes connecting Lawrence Hill with the city centre.
Designed to be sustainable, inclusive and energy-efficient, the development will not only provide much-needed homes but also create new jobs and support long-term investment in the local community.
