The scheme proposes to redevelop an existing industrial site in the central Bristol, replacing it with a 295 Build-to-Rent Residential scheme with 21 affordable units. Ranging from 4 to 16 storeys, the proposal is built around two central landscaped courtyards with a mix of studios, 1 and 2 bed apartments. In addition to this the proposal provides a mixture of communal facilities at ground level to activate the street frontage, whilst each of the apartments have private balconies or private terraces.
