Maitland Park Estate, Camden provides 119 new homes in an enhanced landscape setting along with a new community hall and garden and the new homes offering both social rented and private home ownership. The development sits across four buildings and combines one, two and three bedroom apartments and one individual house. Each dwelling has its own access to level terraces and balconies, along with communal courtyards connecting the buildings to each other and its existing surroundings. Maitland Park is the first project for Camden which targets the Home Quality Mark (HQM) accreditation to ensure each home delivers a high standard of performance, and is made of health, low carbon materials to ensure occupant health.
