New Bedford House is a 54 self-contained apartments with associated cycle and car parking provision and amenity space.
The overriding aesthetics take reference from predominant use of brick in the immediate area, providing a robust but
contemporary façade without compromising on the build cost, helping to regenerate this key area of central Luton.
