The extensive refurbishment of a Georgian landmark building located on the seafront in Brighton. The project also includes a new build extension which infills and links the existing building.
Creating a total of 224 guest beds across the hotel, new restaurants and amenity spaces, and refurbished front of house and back of house.
The Old Ship Assembly rooms are Grade II* listed, with a sensitive refurbishment of the landmark building on Brighton’s seafront. The new hotel will boast stunning views across the coast, with its distinctive characterful features.
