ECE Planning

ECE Planning acted on behalf of Bouygues and in collaboration with ECE Architecture to support the delivery of a large-scale regeneration scheme in the heart of Lewisham, London.

Appointed to guide the project through the complexities of the planning system, ECE Planning managed a series of applications to amend the previously consented scheme. These changes reflected the project team’s continued commitment to improving design quality, enhancing usability, and responding to the needs of future occupiers in a dynamic urban context.

A key aspect of our role involved navigating the Environmental Impact Assessment regulations. Drawing on our extensive experience, ECE Planning successfully demonstrated that a further EIA was not required, thereby reducing unnecessary delay and enabling development to progress efficiently.

Throughout the process, we worked proactively with the local authority and project team to manage timescales and ensure the planning strategy supported timely delivery. Our work helped ensure the completion of this multi-million pound regeneration project without disruption, delivering high-quality homes and community benefits in a prominent London location.
