Joseph is a Graduate Planner at ECE Planning, with a background in both architecture and urban planning. He joined ECE after gaining a BSc in Urban Design, Planning and Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design and City Planning, both from UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning.
Joseph began his career as an architectural assistant before choosing to focus on town planning to better align with his interests in policy and place-making. Since joining ECE Planning, he has contributed to a range of projects across different sectors and scales, supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications. He has a particular interest in how planning policy shapes urban design responses and is currently working towards Associate membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
