Paul is an Associate at ECE Planning with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Having worked at Portsmouth City Council, East Sussex County Council, and Strutt and Parker in Lewes, Paul has a broad range of expertise and experience in development management, planning policy, planning appraisals and planning appeals.
He has worked on diverse projects, including greenfield housing sites, commercial developments, mixed-use schemes and rural diversification. Paul provides strategic planning advice, manages planning applications and promotes sites through the planning process. He is a Chartered Town Planner and a full member of the MRTPI.
